You certify for the company you choose to provide your services to and start taking inbound customer service calls, sales or tech support calls from your home.

It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and into the clients systems and the calls come directly into your headset! You answer the phone as if you are in a call center! Easy Right! Customers are happier because they can speak to someone that they can understand and it gives people that can’t work outside of the home or need flexibility an opportunity to be in business for themselves and make a living!

I chose to do it because who doesn't want to be in charge of their schedule! Now I am able to spend more time with my family and my son who needs my attention and support. This opportunity has allowed me to be present in my children's life, travel on my time because I don't have to "ask permission"  and helped me create a work/life balance that accommodates my whole family. The pro's outweigh the con's, no office politics, no daily traffic, spending less money on gas and after school care bills. It all adds up. I don’t have to spend extra money on work clothes or lunch. It truly is an amazing opportunity. You have to be self disciplined and motivated and you also have to have some basic working knowledge of computers and technology.
